Conditions

  • All orders are FOB Oceanside, New York
  • Net terms to rated accounts.

New Accounts

We extend credit to rated firms. On your first order please give us five (5) business and one (1) bank reference.

Other payment terms are:

  • Pro forma invoice
  • COD company check
  • COD bank check or money order (UPS drivers are not allowed to accept cash)
  • Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard & American Express (subject to a bank fees)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quantities

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities. Items subject to prior sale.

Processed Orders

  • Items are shipped within a timely fashion, usually within 72 hours.
  • All orders are triple checked and insured. Check contents IMMEDIATELY upon arrival.
  • If there are any damages, keep original shipping boxes and contact the delivering carrier.
  • We will assist you in making claims. Remember, THE CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES.
  • A minimum order is $500 in quantities of 3’s, 6’s, 12’s, etc. depending on factory packing.
  • Please note: LMD Industries are not responsible for typographical errors.
